Martin grew up in Vero Beach. He attended St Helen Catholic School and is a graduate of Vero Beach High School.

Martin graduated with a BS degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. After graduation he went to work for Parisian Stores (A 40 store regional department store chain) in Birmingham Alabama. Martin worked for Parisian for 25 years. He held various positions as an Apparel Buyer and then in management as The Director of Financial Planning.

Martin met his wife Renee in college. They were married in 1988 and have 3 Children Ryan, Sydney and Ali.

In 2008 Martin came home to Vero Beach to join the family business, The Beach Shop.

He is active on the board of directors of the Oceanside Business Association and has served as Vice President for several years.

Martin and Renee are active members at St. Helen Catholic Church.

Martin is on the Board of Directors at The Food Pantry of Indian River County.

Dave has been in the banking and investment business for the last 24 years. He is currently Vice President and Financial Advisor at Northern Trust.

He graduated with a B.S in Finance from Indiana University and holds several industry designations including the CFP®.

Dave is an active member at First Baptist Church where he serves on the personnel and stewardship committees.

Starting in 2018, teaching his 5 year old son’s Sunday school class will become a regular event. With a passion for music, he also serves on the executive committee for the Indian River Symphonic Association as treasurer.

He has two children and when time permits you can find him coaching his son’s soccer team, sitting in an auditorium watching his daughter dance, fishing in the river and very occasionally on the golf course.

Dave has lived in Vero Beach for 6 years and moved to Florida in 1997.

Rene is a native New Yorker and a graduate of NYU. He is retired from a business career of 36 years with Rockwell and Porter-Cable; where he served as Vice-President Sales & Marketing.

A United Way supporter, he has been active as a mentor with Youth Guidance and is a past board member of the Samaritan Center. He has been active with Indian River Habitat since 2000 and serves on the executive committee as past chairman.

Rene and his wife Alice have been Vero Beach residents for last 20 years and attend Holy Cross Church.

Doug Vitunac, J.D, is an attorney at Collins Brown Barkett, where he practices civil litigation and land use law.

Doug is a graduate of The University of Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, Doug gained valuable legal experience as an intern in the offices of the Honorable Linnea R. Johnson, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Being a Vero Beach native, and completing all schooling in the sunshine state, Doug is a proud Floridian and has a great deal of hometown pride.

Bob Bauchman is the former president of Wilmington Trust’s Florida market, overseeing wealth advisory services in the region.

In addition to serving on Indian River Habitat’s board of directors, Bob also serves as co-chair of the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Indian River County.

Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Xavier University and a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In total, Bob has more than 40 years of experience in wealth advisory.

Bob and his wife Maureen, who is also actively engaged in serving her community, live in Vero Beach.

Gene Billero was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He and his wife, Susan, have been married 36 years.

The Billeros attend Holy Cross Catholic Church. Gene and Susan have three children and two grandchildren. Two are working in the family real estate business of Billero & Billero Properties.
Daughter, Hollie, is the office manager as well as the current President of the Realtors Association of Indian River County. Son, E.L., is a Realtor and sales associate with the firm. Youngest daughter, Victoria, is in her final year of medical school at The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and will graduate this coming May.

Gene is a graduate of Stockton University where he was President of the Business Club and is now active in the school's alumni.

Involved with IRC Habitat for Humanity since its inception in IRC, his heart is with the mission and helping deserving families achieve home ownership.

As a car collector and enthusiast, Gene's passion for automobiles is evident to all who know him. He has been a judge for The Lincoln Club for many years and enjoys traveling to nationwide auto events. The Billeros are members of The Moorings Yacht and Country Club.

Doug has been a long-time supporter of Indian River Habitat’s mission; his first term on Indian River Habitat’s Board was in 2013, and has returned to serve another term.

Doug is President of DLF International and DLF Packing, a family-owned Florida citrus business where Doug works alongside his wife, Melanie. Doug is an alumnus of Florida Southern College where he specialized in studying business and the citrus industry.

Doug and Melanie have two children, and are members of St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church.

Rick has served faithfully on Indian River Habitat’s Special Events Committee for many years. He is known for his woodworking talent and creative ability as evidenced by the dozens of projects he has designed and built for Habitat events. In addition, Rick also serves our community as an active member and President of the Exchange Club of Vero Beach for 2021.

Rick is a Portfolio Marketing Senior Manager - ENOVIA for Dassault Systems. Rick is a University of South Florida alumnus and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics and Naval Architecture.

Rick and his wife, Susan, are longtime residents of Vero Beach.

Georgia, a Banker for the past 37 years, has been with Marine Bank & Trust Co. for the last eleven years where she holds the position of Vice President, Client Services and Business Development. Prior to joining Marine B. & T. she was with Indian River National Bank.

Georgia is well known for her community involvement having served on the following Boards:
Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s Assoc., Youth Guidance, Children’s Home Society, the IRC Healthy Start Coalition and ELC. She currently is the President of the Oceanside Business Assoc. and currently working with Riverside Theatre on Festival of the Trees and Kids Spot. Georgia is also one of the campaign chairs along with her Marine Bank Team for this year’s 2017-2018 United Way Campaign. She has supported individuals of all ages in financial and literacy classes, and has also volunteered with Habitat in the past and present.

Although Georgia has a Baptist/ Presbyterian church background, she currently has no specific church home; however, she does enjoy visiting local churches to hear God’s message delivered in different ways.

Georgia, an Erie Pennsylvania native, has been married for 39 years and has a son and two grandchildren.

In 2001, Dan retired from IBM, following a 30-year career with the company. At IBM, Dan held the position of Vice President of Sales in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and was promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Software Sales in 1999.

Having previously served on the Indian River Habitat Board, Dan has returned to serve another term. In addition, Dan has served our community as a member of Children’s Home Society’s board, at both local and state levels. Dan is a University of Cincinnati alumnus, where he earned a degree in economics.

Dan and his wife, Vicki, have lived in Vero Beach since 2005. In his free time, Dan enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with his family. Their daughter, Emilie, and granddaughter Evelyn, also live in Vero Beach.

Isabel, practically a life-long Florida resident, is the branch manager for Oculina Bank Fellsmere office.

She is currently a Charter Elite member and Treasurer for The Exchange Club of Fellsmere, is an ambassador with the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce and past Board Member for Treasure Coast Community Health Center and past Advisory Board member for the Boys & Girls Club in Fellsmere.

Isabel and her husband Mizael of 21 years have 3 boys, ages 20, 18 and 4. She and her family are members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission in Fellsmere.

She has served on the Board of Indiana River Habitat for Humanity from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2016.

Pat Profeta

A 28-year resident of Indian River County, Pat is currently the CEO of an online research and reference service after having served 38 years in higher education. Pat spent her academic career employed at Rutgers University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Indian River State College in positions of leadership and instruction including Associate VP of Institutional Effectiveness, Dean of Libraries, Program Director and Faculty.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Legal Studies degrees from Rutgers University, and a certificate in community college education from the University of Central Florida.

When not working Pat is an avid reader, DIYer, and a dog owner to a recalcitrant Dachshund named Riley. Pat has two adult children; both are graduates of Indian River State College and both have advanced degrees from the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida. Katie lives in Vero Beach, and she is employed by IRSC as an instructional designer. Michael lives in Bellevue, WA, and he is employed by Bungie as a senior game designer.
