Our Mission

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Indian River Habitat for Humanity develops housing solutions guided by the needs of its family partners and the community.

We partner with people in your community, and all over the world, to help them build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With your support, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families. Through our Fiscal Year 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, Habitat for Humanity will serve more people than ever before through decent and affordable housing.

Our Core Values

Leadership – Indian River Habitat is the leading advocate for access and equity in affordable housing. Community – Through collaboration and partnership, we seek to build an inclusive community that works to provide opportunities for those without the means to do so on their own. We bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
